Cannot add historical markets while timeline is active
Anyone else encounter this message?

Can you tell me which events exactly including the ones rejected on the fourth tab?
All UK & Eire racing win markets for 7th, 8th and 9th Feb loaded successfully.
10th Feb gives the message I quoted, which is a shame because first tests looked to be working well.

Still seeing different results depending on playback speed.
Example:
8th Feb - Market Rasen - 16.30 - Rosearelli
3 Excel trigger bets:
LAY-TL12-SLF2.64-L-SLC1 4.70 1.35
LAY-TL12-SLF2.64-L-SLC1 3.75 5.45
LAY-TL12-SLF2.64-L-SLC1 3.15 13.95
Stop loss fires and produces different results dependent on speed.
The results are also different (worse) than the actual race, but I'd assume that's cross matching?
Let me know what else you need?
Were all bets triggered before the lay bet was matched or were any matched immediately? ie. Can I just trigger them at the start of the race to replicate what you did?
It's not possible to get the same results as the actual race. Yes cross matching is one factor. Also the bets are not affecting the market as they would in a live market. Also some prices would be different because they are sampled at a different time.
Hi Gary,
Did you manage to recreate the issue?

Also only one meeting (Lingfield) on 04/03/22 for British horse racing. There should be four.

The Result tick box within Additional columns works fine.
The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.
He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.
We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
