Cant Login

Hi

When I login, this happens and nothing else appears! I can not get into GRUSS !!!
I connect with a VPN!

I have the same issue without using a VPN. I was using version 38j and it was working absolutely fine, today I noticed there was an update available so I uninstalled 38j and installed 38k, but when trying to log in the program gets stuck on the page shown in the image posted above.

I have tried installing on two different machines, one running Windows 10 and the other Windows 7 and also tried using two different internet connections but the same issue arises. I then tried installing the official version but I'm getting an error message saying unauthorised location even though I am in the UK.

I have had to do a system restore to get back to 38j and that version is still working as it should.

I tried with version 37 and it gives the same error, unauthorized location.

I'll try version 38j

Hi,

38j has been replaced by 38k as 38k fixes a bug that was in 38j.

I have just installed version 38l and the same issue occurs and I have to do a system restore to get back to 38j which works fine. Is there a solution to this problem please?

I'm looking into it. I removed the requirement for a DLL which was causing issues. Does this happen after entering your password or as soon as you open the application?

This is nothing to d with our software.
Betfair have been doing planned maintenance to their systems.
The API is currently unavailable.

Ok so i have finally been able to login.

Guess what the one race i need to place a bet on Hamilton 14:25 is showing no prices! The only race that is not showing any prices!

I am now having to use a calculator and use the main Betfair site because there are prices for Hamilton 14:25 on the Betfair site but not on this software! What is this all about!
