Bet confirmation Window not visible

Postby brewster744 » Tue Mar 21, 2017 6:02 am

Hi all,
This is probably a Windows 10 issue but since my Bet Assistant program is currently totally unusable because of it Id like to post here - hoping someone can help ...
For a time I used the program on a dual monitor system and had the program running on monitor 2.
Now that I have moved back to a single monitor the main bet assistant program window opens and is visible on my single monitor BUT the popup bet confirmation window is nowhere to be seen. It is open since the profit liability figures show up BUT is obviously off screen somewhere and inaccessible.
Anyone know how to set the popup window back to its default position ie on monitor 1??
Shall I reinstall?

BTW - I have tried hooking up a 2nd monitor to be able to move it back manually but it is not visible even on a 2nd monitor- strange

System info:
Windows 10
Toshiba Satellite laptop
BEt Assistant 1.3.0.37a

TIA
BRuce L

Hi,

There is an option in the Menu you can use.

So from the Options Menu and before trying to place any bets, click on "Reset place bet popup position" and this should solve your problem.

Regards,
Mark

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
