COM function not connecting

I get the VBA message as soon as I try and connet to my Excel sheet

"Compile Error: Can't find project or library"

When I check all my preference settings in VBA, I see there is something ticked called "MISSING: COM SRS WOWHD 1.0 Type Library"

Anyone any clues as to how I can fix this?

uninstalling/reinstalling ba usually fixes the lost libraries
