high latency

Postby vhdgkl » Wed Jul 22, 2015 7:06 am

hi
i connect from italy, using tunnelbear to circumvent the ban for italian.

my refresh is average 400ms(180)
i know other italians like me..they haven't this problem..their refresh average 50ms

ok,i don't use vps nor other thing, but i have an excellent connection!

when i connected years ago i had refresh average 130ms(rerouting malta)...now,why have i this problem?(sometimes i turn off tunnelbear..average refresh :300ms)..pc that i use is the same!
how can i solve this problem?

same result from other 2 pc

perhaps i make a mistake whit settings ba
throttling 19(why my throttle average request is 5-6,and not 15-16-17???)
200ms all the rest

can you suggest how optimize BA? perhaps is that the problem..i hope this

ps: which is the average refresh for you
thanks

hi

I bought vps from tagadab

the refresh very improved

now I have it: actual refresh: 180 (20)

I have a question....why exist 2 numbers? 180 (20) what is 180 and 20?

thanks

If you click on "actual refresh" and then right click on the graph you can export the data which gives more detail. I think the second number is probably the response time.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
