back then lay at lower price with kill

I want to back at the available price in running ,keep the bet for ie 4 secs , if not matched to be killed but if matched ( or partially ) to lay at lower getting ie 30% profit.
I tick"Calculate tick% on decimal odds" but how combine the below trigger with the fill or kill?

You can also combine modifiers but it is important to note that they must be in the correct order.

The order when combining is as follows:-

Tick Offset - Fill or Kill - Stop Loss - Keep in Play

So I'd say BACK-PL30-F4 should be fine
