automatic opening of multiple BA tabs

assuming that my Quick pick list consists of all in play soccer match odds markets and today there are 25 such markets, 10 of them kicking off at 15.00, 10 of them at 17.00 and 5 at 20.00.

Is there an automatic way (combination of VBA, macro or standard BA tool) that I can have one tab for each market automatically open a few minutes prior to each market's kick-off? (just tab opening, no need to be active market)

In my example it saves me about 100-200 clicks (depending on how much scrolling down I need to select each market following my having manually opened a new tab). Obviously I'm planning to use it in cases that it will save me significantly more.
