logging multiple soccer match odds markets?

Hello!
I want to be able to choose multiple soccer match odds markets and log the best back odds at chosen times before the earliest kick-off time ( of the chosen matches ).
For example 60mins and 30mins
Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to do this?
