Pop-up Ladder - Can't Resize

Postby kiint » Thu Nov 17, 2011 8:36 pm

I've managed to accidentally resize the pop-up ladder to just the title bar but now I can't resize it to get it back to show the ladders. I can maximize it but I need to be able to resize to how I had it before.
I've tried restting the ladder popup option and also done an uninstal/reinstal but no joy.
Any idea how I can fix it?

Thanks

Select "Reset popup ladder position" from options menu. Does this help?

Okay ta.

It looks like the bottom border has disappeared so there is nothing to grab hold of.

Don't know if that helps or not.

Can you up the resolution of your screen size to get access to the bottom border? Or even just unlocking the windows bottom taskbar so you can move it might give you access to the bottom border.

Just right click on the windows bottom toolbar , select properties and where it shows windows taskbar location stick that to left for now you can put it back later. Now you just need to click the blue top of the ladder toolbar and drag it up as far as you can take it, keep dragging it up in steps if some still shows.

You should now be able to access the bottom of the maximized windows and resize it.

Thanks Captain but I fixed it by deleting my user.config file before I saw your post so I don't know if it would have worked.

I could get access to the bottom of the bar it's just that the cursor wouldn't change to the re-size cursor.

Gary,
Do you want a copy of my old config file to see what had gone wrong?

I got the config file thanks. I can see the problem. I have fixed it so it cannot happen in future. It will be in the next release due in the next few days.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
