network error?

I am testing a few things lately, and I am having problems with a bot i am trying to make...some times BA freezes - probably something wrong with the code of vba...

Before a while happened again.I did a restart (vps) and when i tried to connect BA i got a message regarding api fail to response etc...

after a while i manage to log

the following says anything to you?

That error message means the API server did not respond within the timeout period. This definitely indicates a connection issue. The issue is either with your VPS or Betfair.

You are right...Probably vps connection...

Meanwhile, I am almost certain that there is a problem with my vba code, because BA sometimes freezes... What I have noticed this happens more when I am opening the ladder interface...

Which diagnostic should i sent you if this happens again?

It depends on what is causing the freeze, it might not be recorded in the diagnostic file. Do you mean you are linked to a spreadsheet on one tab and open the ladder interface on another tab or the popup ladder? How long does it freeze for?

I am opening the pop up ladder ( To be honest I don't know how to open the non pop up anymore...)

I have a tab linked to excel and some times I need to watch the popup ladder...

Sometimes I am opening the pop up ladder on another tab..

It freeze forever.. I have to close it from task manager...
