thank you very much. I looked at that general tab 10 times or more but I didn't see it. Thanks for the hint regarding cell Q2.
I have another little question to the refresh rate and the throttle limit. I'm using another bot which is set to a refresh rate of 4.0 sek and a throttle limit of 8. I actually don't know exactly if it ever reaches this limit but I don't think so because I always only have the current uk horse race win and place markets open at the same time.
What do you think? What would be the best possible refresh rate for me with Betting Assistant without risking a data charge? Set the throttle limit to 8 also?
I need the best possible refresh rate for pre-race trading in uk horse markets.
Thanks,
Jake.

just to clarify... If i have 2 BA (not 2 tabs)open with the same markets open,
Betfair still counts the refresh limit for the same account?
The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.
He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.
We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
