Cancel remaining when matched

For some reason I can`t bring this function to work. Is it happening because I switched between windows? After clicking and unclicking it a number of times it still wouldn`t cancel remaining bets.

Hi,

After you have used the feature you must keep the market open.
You cannot go to another market and then come back as it will not work.
If you need to go to another market and retain the function then you must open the next market in a new tab page by clicking on "New page" from the menu.
