Software Error - Won't Load

Hi guys,

I keep getting an error when I try and load the software. I've tried deleting the software and re installing but get the same error.

Any ideas what I can do to rectify this please.

P.S I'm not sure how to attach an image to a post to show a screenshot, is there an email address I can send a screenshot to so that you can work out where the issue lies.
