Gareth, to the best of my knowledge no internet stream will ever beat terrestrial, satellite or cable for speed.
If you want to beat ATR and RUK, what you need is an exchange shop receiving SIS AND Turf TV. However, they'll charge you about £20 to £30 per day.
Do you really need fast pics for your strategies? Don't forget, even the exchange shops are beaten by the on-course teams.
There are some very experienced in-running players on this forum. From what I can glean from their posts, they're as likely to rely on their Excel algorithms to identify and place their in-running trades as they are to rely on their eyes and fingers during racing.
Personally, I steer well clear of in-running action, as I'm too slow to take advantage of what I see on ATR/RUK, and too thick to work out how to trade in-running with Gruss and Excel.
That said, there are plenty of pre-race opportunities for us. For the past year and a half I've made some (very) modest profits backing and laying at Betfair SP with the help of Gruss and Excel.
Good luck if you're going in-running.
