not registered

I took out a yearly subscription yesterday on a second account , it says "not registered , trial period ends in 364 days" just wondered why.

You probably installed it from a link other than the download page. If you visit http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/downloads.asp , click the download button and enter your details you will be registered. Just cancel the download before it starts.

I have the same problem.

Have been through the registration page stopping the download. That didnt work so did the download again and allowed the installer to run - gave me the option to repair installation. No joy. So then uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still the message.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.
