Hi

can you explain how to use the clear trigger.

I would like to place a lay and back (using 2 spreadsheets) on the same runner if my betting variables are met.

To enable a second bet to be placed on the same runner, do I just tick the CLEAR box when attaching my spreadsheet to BA.

Or do I have use CLEAR in an excel formula.

You have to use the CLEAR trigger in the trigger column in Excel. This will blank the bet ref column so that another bet can be placed.

The option you see when linking to Excel affects how the CLEAR trigger works. You can choose for it to clear the matched odds and stake columns at the same time or not.

The other options are for clearing the bet ref column when changing markets, they are not relevant for what you want to do which is clear the reference while viewing the same market.
