Excel Trading Bot

Postby Snowflame » Wed Aug 25, 2010 9:25 am

I have been running the Excel trading bot for over a week now. It works very well in that it trades as it should do, ie on autopilot. However, it doesn't make a profit. The losses are not big so I am not too worried. Is there anyome using this bot who is making a profit, and if so what settings are you using?

Hi Snowflame,

may I ask what, where or which Excel trading bot you refer to?
Also with which type of event are you using it?

Thanks - Michael :)

It's called Bet Assistant Auto Bot or something similar.

Sorry Michael forgot to answer the second part of your question. I use it on the UK Horses Win market.

And the third part please Snowflame - where from?
So far I can not track it down. Would be interested to look.

Cheers - Michael

It's not Bet Angel Auto Trade by any chance? I've had this for a few weeks but haven't got round to trying it.

Same questions. Any good? What settings?

The bot Snowflame means is based on the WOM concept. So it's not
surprising that it makes losses. Changing the settings won't help I'm afraid
because the concept is flawed.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
