What am i missing?

Hi

I have restated my betting assistant and for some reason it is not placing bets beyond the first market. Can anyone tell me what i am missing?

1)Wait unitl actual off of proceeding race is ticked
2)Workbook name: Book 1
3) Sheet 1
4)Enable triggered betting ticked
5)Show balance ticked
6)Log Bet results: Sheet 2
7) Include pre-settled bet information ticked
Clear Bet refs on auto select market ticked
9)Update trigger appends "N" to new bet ref

Any ideas?

Also as a seperate note, the add to quick pick list doesn't seem to work for UK Horse races anymore. It works if i selct Australian though?!

2) If it moves on to the next race does the bet reference from the previous market remain in column T?

Have you got "Only load today's events" in the quick pick options? If you have then untick it. This is probably why it doesn't load UK races.

Due to the time difference (based in AU), i cant be sure whether it is but when i check it all the markets have been removed so i believe it is moving on to the next market with BA but still showing the original race in Excel

As mentioned above, yes i believe so.

Have you got "Only load today's events" in the quick pick options? If you have then untick it. This is probably why it doesn't load UK races.

Thanks - The unticking of 'only load todays events' worked great. Now its auto loading the UK markets everyday so i can just leaving it running for several days.

However, i am trying to do the same thing for Australian horse win markets. However, it keeps loading the UK markets instead. Can you tell me how i need to set this up?

You will need to change the VBA code. There will be a statement somewhere in the code populating cell Q2 with either 3 or 3.1. Do you know how to check which one it is?

If it is 3 then you need to go to quick pick preferences and tick Australian racing instead of UK racing.

If it is 3.1 then you need to change 3.1 to 3.7.

Q2 will be blank. It will only contain a value when the code populates it to trigger the quick pick list reload and is cleared afterwards. I was suggesting you look at the VBA code, but it sounds like you are not familiar with this. Did someone build the spreadsheet for you? You could ask them to amend it.

The sheet hasn't really been built beyond the basics. I have just set up the selections and linked it to Excel. It seems to work fine for the UK racing and populates every day.

So im thinking it shouldn't be to complicated to do but i just want the same to happen for Australian races.

Are you able to give me any advice on what i need to do?

It would be easier if you could send me a copy of the spreadsheet as I've no idea of the structure of it. I can then send you a modified version and explain what I changed.
