I can see the markets changing but my P&L and my bets are not displayed. This applies to the web interface and BA.

It appears to be international users again. Must be a problem with the server in Malta. Prices are not fetched from the Malta server which is why they are still updating.

Betfair is bookies, right ?
I suggest all International users stung by that bookie in recent months start
asking for their money - this is turning into a scam already.
Starting to make a list with all monies lost because of that crap bookies.
By the way Gruss is stuck with all those errors, never mind I restarted it and the excel too. (v. 1.1.0.61)

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL USERS : Gruss not displaying bets send thru the platform!

Is there a problem with the UK API? App hung when I tried to change market to the Chepstow 4:05 (flashing "Req's pending"), did eventually get there after about a minute which is why I'm thinking it's the API :?:

It is back now.

I was trading and an had a "unmatched back bet" and could not "scratch" out.

Luckily, for me the selection lost.

Anyone else finding the API pretty useless today in-running horse racing ?

Refreshing poorly and takes ages to update bets etc...

Bloody football. How glad I'll be when this season is finished.

I didn't trade today and yesterday but I experienced this in-running slowliness days ago.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
