Cant select markets?

Hi

Recently download Gruss but i am having problems setting anything up so would appreciate some help.

I am trying to select markets but nothing happens. I click on "market" and "add to quick pick list", "all uk races win" but nothing happens.

All i want is what i think is something pretty simple -

Ability to pick certain UK win races
Bet on the favourite in those races
Using the relevant staking method in The Staking Machine

Appreciate any help that anyone can provide.

Hi,

Can you check that your PC is set to the correct date and time as usually this is the cause of this problem.

Hi Mark,

Looks like it is right.

Looking at this again, something has just occured to me. The UK races are just not showing up in the bot. If i click on 'todays' racing there are no UK races. Or if i go into horse racing, uk, and click say catterick, nothing comes up.

Any ideas?

It has always been the case that the PC is set to the wrong date. There is no bug that prevents UK races from displaying. Try installing the latest Beta. See http://gruss-software.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3922 for download link. In the latest Beta version it will tell you if your PC's date is wrong when you login.

Strange but that seems to have worked by using the beta version.

My next question is linking it to The Staking Machine. I have a selection of races in my quick pick list and i think i have TSM loaded up. But the selections in Gruss aren't showing in TSM - is that right?

We don't support TSM here and have not been involved in the development of their product. You need to ask the question via their support.
