Account balance

Hi I have funds in my account , they show up on Betfair main site . If I click the account show balance they also come up on the screen ..

in the top corner with the show visible balance they show 0000 . I try to place a bet it say sI have exceeded my limit ??? what is wrong I have not touched any thing / TY

Are you trying to bet on an Australian market?

It shows the balance from your Australian wallet if you are viewing an Australian market.

You can use the account menu to transfer funds into your Australian wallet.

Hi Gary no I have not used Aust wallet at all , I have just logged off and on again its now showing my balance ok ........

Dont get that ?? say hello to Victor tonight from me the magic man lol

Sorry, I cannot explain that then. Maybe an API glitch.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software


The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.
