Fetching Markets loop problem

Hi,

I still have the fetching markets loop problem.
It never gets the markets and renders BA completely useless.
Anyone got any ideas for a solution?

Hi Gary,

I started BA today and it attempted to update but got stuck at a login screen.
I uninstalled and re-installed.
It is still stuck at a login screen.
Can you please advise?

Hi,

Ok we have identified a compatibility issue with the new web based log in form that the new version uses with Windows XP.

We are working on a solution which will allow XP users to be able to log in and will release a fix as soon as possible.
