Delay to bet placement

Is there a way using Excel that I can delay a bet being fired after its met the criteria by 30 seconds?

My bets are firing and getting matched a lot lower than if it waited 30 seconds for it to stabilize?

If you know a little VBA it shouldn't be too hard to take a timestamp then fire a bet 30 seconds after. Any reason not to set your odds higher if you think you'll get atched at hgher odds than on offer when you're firing the now?
