Quick pick list won't display today's races

I've even copied exactly the settings from the user manual, but they don't load on opening BA. and they still won't load via the Market/Add to QP list button at the top. Any ideas?

Are there horse racing markets available to load in the actual market list?

Yes, I can drag and drop them individually.

New day, same problem. Quick Pick list will not populate with today's horse racing. Can anyone advise please?

Can you copy and paste an image of your "Quick pick list / markets" settings from Preferences into an email and send to admin@gruss-software.co.uk

Are the dates on your PC all correct as there is an option to loads todays races only, could be that if the day is out
