BA Time settings problem

The system time on my PC is correct but all of my BA race times are an hour behind.

So when I select 'Move market at scheduled off' it flicks to a race an hour ahead of where it should be.

This is completely knackering my linked Excel spreadsheets as its missing a load of races.

Is there a way to correct this within the settings of BA?

They appear the same (1 hour behind) in the main 'Horse Racing - Today's Cards' from the main markets section on the left.

They are an hour behind in the Quick Pick list too.

Any ideas how to fix this?

probably in your account settings in bf site?

I've looked on Betfair and I can't find a section in the settings to alter the time zone other than the country change in the top right corner. I have it set to UK so it should be picking up the right time from that end.

Same again today. My BA is showing the 8.45 at Kempton (6/4/16) as the 7.45

Can anyone shed some light on what is going on.

You need to match your betfair accounts timezone with your PC.

Log into Betfair on the web and navigate to https://myaccount.betfair.com/accountdetails/mydetails , opposite the section that says address you'll see an EDIT button, click that and then change your preferred timezone to whatever you PC is set to and save the settings. Restart BA and everything should show the same.
