Making and displaying notes.

Postby KIDRACING » Mon Jan 26, 2015 6:46 pm

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering is there any way on Gruss that I can save notes in the boxes where the horses appear ? For example on the racing post you can put a comment in like "Good record around this track but no wins on soft ground." Is it possible to do that on Gruss ? And if it isnt could it be added ?

Thanks

Kris

Click on the horses name and it'll bring up a graph, on the same page there is a box called notes just click that and you can enter notes for your horses. After you've saved the notes any horse with notes about it will show on the horses name box and can be clicked to access them or even seen along with the stall, trainer stats etc by hovering the mouse over the horses name.

Hi Captain Sensible I did what you said and when I click on the horse all that happens is, is I am taken to the Betfair page that shows me how the horse has been trading. Can you tell me what I am doing late ?

Maybe the selection list isn't showing for you.

Go to Options->Chart Preferences->General and make sure the box Show Selection Drop Down List is ticked then try again and the options should be showing for you

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
