installing BA on windows 8.1

I have just upgraded my PC to windows 8.1, and am trying to re-install BA, its saying I need to install .net 2.0, but apparently .net 4.5 is already installed on my PC. So its not letting me install BA, do I need to uninstall .net 4.5 and install .net 2.0?
