Quick Pick List Reload

Hi
I need to reload quick pick list through excel with UK and Irish horse markets
If I first insert in cell q2 -3.1 UK markets are loading. If I then insert -3.3 then quick pick list is deleted and it is filled with the Irish markets..
How can I load both markets?
