event object of the COM server interface

I am probably being really dense, but I am using the COM server to get a list of tennis matches from gruss to excel, and the turnInPlay property of the event object for the AUS open tennis matches seems to be empty, and the startTime of the event object is set to 00:00:00 ( no date, just a time) for all AUS open tennis matches.

Is there a problem, or am I missing something. I have used the properties for the event object succesfully to retrieve turnInPlay and startTime for other sports and events, so it seems strange that it isnt working now.

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
