problem with betting tools

hello, i would like to put options like tick offset,stoploss,etc for bets placed with conditional bets but even if they are enabled nothing happens,

so is it possible ? if i must close myself the trades inplay that would be impossible to make what i want,

and second question how set a tick offset in relation to the true odd matched ?

for example ifi have a tick offset of 3 and i place " back @ 2,2 if < 3 " and i'm matched to 2,7 my lay will be at 2,14 !!! ( like that on others software in any case )
