Hello,

If I open all win horse racing market UK&IRE, and log all the prices of this markets and only put one bet per marke i twill have problems with the data request? In other words, I will be charged by data request?

Yes, you will if you exceed the 20 requests per second (total).
Limits on data requests are independent of the bets you make. They are not independent of the fees you pay, if you exceed the 20 requests per second they will deduct the fees you have paid on that day before they charge you with the data requests (the formula is here http://www.betfair.com/aboutUs/Betfair.Charges/)
