conditional bets

hi, excuse my english, i have two questions:
1. why the conditional bets the trigger bet option is in LTP, i think is best in odds, for example when LTP is < 2 back 1.01, in play races, the odds change fast, and ocassionally dont match the bets. additionally in lay bets is risk lay for big quotes, is best when LTP is >4 lay quote 6
2. when i open multiple tabs for example for all uk races for a day, dont have risk for taxes for betfair data?, when i put the refresh rate at 0.2, all the tabs are refreshed at 0.2, or when is the turn of the race, the program refresh this race at 0.2, thanks for your answers

There are 3 options: LTP, Back Price and Lay price. It is drop down box so you can select the other 2 options by clicking on the box.

The program throttles the requests so they do not exceed Betfair's limit so there is no risk of being charged. Select the user guide from the help menu and read the section "Request charges".
