Hi having a bit of trouble with this >> I have downloaded the new system In football in running I have twice on ladder and normal application ticked the keep in running on .

Both times it removes the money and I have to manually place it ,, not a big problem ! is there anything silly I am missing I just want the money to remain in the market hope some one can help GL Redders

Are you placing the bets after kick off? Betfair's keep bet feature only works if the bets are placed before kick off.

Hi Gary thanks for the great service I am placing the bets well before kick off ,,, some times ladder other times standard .

Ticking the keep bets , game goes in play money drops out I have to put it in ??

Are you using it correctly? If you are ticking keep bets in betting options are you ticking this after you have placed the bets? It needs to be ticked before you place the bets, it will have no effect on existing bets. If you want to change an existing bet into a keep bet you need to tick the IP column in the bets manager at the bottom of the screen. The IP column also serves as confirmation that it is a keep bet, if it's not ticked it's not going to be kept.
