Hi

How do i download a second copy of the software to my other computer?

I intend logging on remotely from my main computer and as I will occasionally be running the software on both how do I control my data charges (if any)

Sorry if this sounds a bit basic but I would rather be safe than sorry

You can install a second copy as you did the first copy. Visit http://gruss-software.co.uk , click ony the "Downloads" button, enter your details and click on the download button at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively you can install the second copy from http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/Betting ... istant.msi

You will need to open preferences from the options menu and change the throttle limit to 10 in the throttling preferences for each installation. This is so that if you are running both instances at the same time the total requests do not exceed 20 which is the limit allowed by Betfair before charging.

If you add a new page with BA so say have 3 running on the same market at the same time at a throttle of 10 does that mean your total throttle is 30 ??

Hi,

When you add a new a page, you obviously will be making more data requests but the throttling will limit the requests to whatever you have set.

So if you have it set to 10 and have multiple pages open it will ensure that the data requests don't go over 10 across all of the markets that you have open.
