Botting Betfair ATM?

Postby Norwegian Would » Sat Mar 13, 2010 2:25 pm

Has any of you good peeps tried botting Betfair ATM? (Good review on cash-master)

It's more of a stratagy than a system. There are "loose" rules are:

It's betting in the place market 'in running'. You have to monitor the Win market and once the conditions become 'right', you then place your bet in the Place market.

This obviously means being pretty quick off the mark to catch your bet and this is where a "Gruss Bot" comes in!.

Obviously sprints and 1 milers would be a tad fraught. I am looking at a bot could handle this.

It is very market driven and when a runner get to a certain odds minimum on Betfair you jump over to the place market and get on, in the hope that even if it is a failed run for the finish it'll still get placed.

Like any market driven system, the more people doing it the more it's going to disappear up it's own bottom.

Any takers?

cheers,
.

I don't know what BetfairATM, is but I have a couple of workbooks that place bets in the place market dependant on data from the win market so I would image it would be fairly easy to do.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
