Throttle requests

Just got charged a lot of money for going over 20 requests per second by Betfair despite having the throttle set to 10 for months. I am running version 1.1.0.64x. Any ideas?

The throttling works and has never been proved not to. Have you definitely got throttling ticked in preferences? Have you been running any other applications (including the website) at the same time or using a different account at the same time?

You can email bdp@betfair.com and get a breakdown of the requests.

If you've never incurred charges before they don't usually charge you the first time.

Thanks Gary. You have always been very helpful and was not trying to make out that it was at your end. Betfair just keep springing suprises with their charging!
