Logging Transaction & Results To "MyBets" Work

Hi,

If I have enabled the logging of transactions and results to the "MyBets" sheet I always seem to be unable to retrieve the results of transactions placed on the last event from the session, ie, it remains as "RESULT_NOT_AVAILABLE" and does not update.

For example, if I have a quick pick list and navigate to the next market at the "Actual Off" of the previous event, the bet logging works fine for all events in the quick pick list until the last event. The quick pick then remains on the last event with the "Market Suspended" notification and I never get the result of the last event transactions. I get the transactions placed but not the results.

Is there a setting that I need to configure to resolve this ?

Hi Dog,

I'm pretty sure the log bet results only gets updated when the next/another market is selected and if the market you are awaiting the result from has been settled.

A possible workaround (there could be better..) could be to use BA to monitor the time of the next race, if greater than say 20mins forward the pick list by one and reverse by 1 whilst result page shows 'RESULT_NOT_AVAILABLE'

Thanks, I will place a "dummy" event at the end of the pick list that cannot activate my triggers and let it navigate to that as the next market.
