I placed back bet on a selection this morning at 08:15 at 2.68 (matched) with a lay offset at 2.56 (unmatched). About an hour later, I came back to find both the lay offset bet and matched back bet had disappeared, and there was a new back bet at placed at 08:14 at 2.37!
I have emailed you screenshots.

I am pretty sure it's nothing to do with Betting Assistant.
Navajo Nation was withdrawn at 09:30 with a reduction factor of 11.6%
Your matched bet was reduced by 11.6% and the unmatched bet was cancelled because of the withdrawal.
The only slightly strange thing is the time changed slightly when they applied the reduction factor. Only Betfair can answer that one I'm afraid.
