data request limiter

Hi guys,

I have recently received an e-mail from Betfair informing me that I am facing data request charges !

Psegive some advice on how Icanadjust my settings to offset this without undermining the performance toooooooo much.

Tick Throttle Requests

Make sure number in box is under 20

Do not run more than one instance of Betting Assistant at the same time and don't user other API applications at the same time. Also be aware that the website requests can also be counted so try to avoid using the Betfair website at the same time.

The good news is is that if you pay the PC, data charges are offset which is handy

Hi All

not sure if this post belongs here - but it seems relevant.

The latest version 64r has a throttle limit adjuster in the ladder interface,
please be aware that once altered it remains that way until changed again.

i.e. The new level you set it at becomes the default in preferences.

Above the ladder next to the cancel all bets button.

If you can not see it try:

Options>Preferences>Ladder interface>Show throttle limit adjuster

Put a tick in the box.
