Total unprompted closing of program

My Betting Assistant is closing down unprompted whilst running and updating my Excel program Only happening this afternoon and evening Help Please

To be honest yesterday evening and before a while I found BA totally frozen
but opened. The last few days I am testing a new vba bot and probably this is my mistake, but I had to move fast with a restart of vps so I didn't looked any further.

We are not aware of any bugs that would cause this. The log files might hold a clue. Please follow the instructions in the following thread to send the log files. http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/forum/v ... php?t=3085

Alternatively you could upgrade to the latest Beta version and see if it still happens. This version is stable now. See http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=9

Thank you Gary, I got a bit lost looking for the log files . I have taken your advice and downloaded the latest version Thank you for your prompt reply and help Michael

I have been getting this for the past few months, Gruss will run fine fore days then, bam it just crashes i restart and set logging then it runs fine a few days later the same thing.

What we need is for auto logging to be set to on so when it happens you can just grab the files needed, any chance this can be added to a future version.

mak. Your system is running out of memory. Next time it happens open the task manager and check how much memory BA is using. It's not necessarily BA that is using all the memory so this needs to be checked.

It depends on what goes wrong, they don't always exist.

Hi Mak

Just a thought, have you also unchecked the option under the General TAB Cache Jockey Silks, I'm not sure if it's checked by default. Basically I don't need silks but in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Gruss Software\Silks there were thousands of .png files being saved unnecessary. This may help?
