Betfair Price Over Time chart not showing

Hi, I've been using the ladder format and I like having the Betfair POT chart at the bottom, but yesterday and this morning, I have the problem that it won't show the chart. It's just an empty, white screen.

I can load up the last price matched chart, but no matter how I try to view it, I can't see the Betfair POT. I just tried to change the popour chart to the POT chart only, and I'm still only getting the white screen.

I don't know if this is a personal issue, or other people have had the same thing happen.
I'm currently 18 days into my free trial, I hope this is an issue that can be sorted as it's pretty useful to see the trends over the day.

I've tried logging in and logging out, and as I said this was an issue yesterday and today so my computer has had a night switched off.
