Brand New User - No Betfair Charts

Hello All,

Just downloaded the software having been the user of a competitor product for some time.

Little problem, the Betfair Price/Time/Volume charts aren't appearing when requested. I've probably missed a setting somewhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi,

We are aware of the problem which was caused by Betfair changing something.
Betfair did not give any notice that they were making this change.
We will get it fixed as soon as possible.

It's unfortunate that these charts are not available as I use them extensively.

Just as an observation, when I started Gruss today and the ladder first activated, I could see the Betfair graphs at the foot of the ladder, but only for a fraction of a second, then they were gone again.

I'm afraid I cannot continue with my trial without Betfair graphs and will have to go elsewhere for my trading software. (And I read the whole user guide yesterday, all 290-odd pages of it.)

I may check back at next renewal.

Hi,

We are releasing a Beta version later today which has the fixed charts.
Please keep an eye on the New Releases section of the Forum where there will be a link to download it.
