GB Stewards Enquiry.

Hi Gary,
The Stewards Enquiry -Keep the race market was not in the Betting Assistant GB horseracing menu yesterday,and Sod's law Betfair closed the Salisbury 3:30 just before a stewards enquiry was called.I tried logging into Betfair but couldn't find the Stewards market hidden somewhere amongst all the games etc,as I've never had to use that option for a very long time. (My fault)
I spoke to a Betfair rep this morning on twitter,and he said I need to talk to you guys,I told him I have mentioned this issue to you a while back and you told me you can't do anything when it's missing,it's at Betfair end.
This market option is only missing once in a while,though the Irish stewards enquiry permanently disappeared a while back,probably to allow space for Mumbai win market!!
From what I read on the forum the market did appear after "refreshing"?? ,not sure if it appeared also on BA at all ??
Anyway I told Betfair I will inform them before racing starts the next time the Stewards market is not listed on the BA menu.
Cost me big time not being able to trade my liability when the result was reversed!!

Hi,

Betting Assistant retrieves a full list of all available markets from the API when you first open the software.
Thereafter it doesn't automatically retrieve markets that are added by Betfair after the time you opened the software.
You can request the market list to be updated by clicking on the "Refresh" button above the Market Tree.

Tweet must have been passed on to relevant department - wow. Well done guys,now only need all photo and Stewards markets to open promptly when announced - even when "suspend monkey" is on his tea break Lol.
Today for first time in a while both the GB "AND" IRE markets have Stewards Enquiry in the BA horseracing menu.

Thanks for info Mark,never had to to refresh menu tree before for those markets,will remember that option if this happens again.
