Can't log into Betting Assistant

I can log into the betfair website with my username & password and I can Log into Bet Angel as normal but when I try to log into Betting Assistant I was first told that my Usetname/Password was incorrect but having tried to log in a few more times, I an now receiving the following message, "Cannot Login, Receiving following error message from Betfair: LOGIN_UNAUTHORIZED"

Does anybody know what the problem might be? I have un-installed and re-installed the latest version of the software but still can't login.

I restored my PC to just before the problem occurred, The registry settings for Betting assistant must have been corrupted and the uninstall didn't remove all of the corrupted files which caused problems with the re-installation but problem sorted now thankfully.
