Logging In

Before now I was automatically logged in each time I opened Betting Assistant. But now it's just difficult all 'round. I have a new password sent to me and when I click on the link in my email, Betting Assistant logs me in straight away which is fine. But when I try to change my pasword I put in the new pasword twice (once in each box) then down below it asks me for my current password of which I have no idea. So then I put in the bottom or lower box the one that was sent to me and everything just flicks off the screen ie the new personal password that I'm trying to establish plus the one sent to me.
