Gruss instal file doesn't respond at all

Hi, i have gruss installed at home, but i also need it at my work so I can use it here. I downloaded latest version from the page, but after i press the icon nothing really happens, so i instaled newest framework (4,5). Still nothing. I was assuming that microsoft installator is broken or something, but other files can be open anytime. I only have this problem with gruss.

Any solution?

Hi,

You don't need the latest Framework to run Betting Assistant.
From what you have said it doesn't sound like a Framework issue anyway.
So how far did you get with the installation?
When you say you clicked on the icon, do you mean the desktop Betting Assistant icon after the software is installed or are you talking about the MSI installation file?
To me it sounds like something on your pc is preventing the software from running / being installed, e.g. firewall or anti-virus type software.
