cancel trigger would stop working

Hi guys,

I am running an excel and during some of the horse races, cancel trigger would stop working. It's funny, because for the first 5 or 6 races everything was fine, things worked well, then all the sudden i realised betting assistant would not accept cancel command anymore. I tried to type cancel manually and cancel-all in cell directly and it didn't work as well, it helps only if i cancel it in bet manager in betting assistant.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Have you checked the excel activity and error logs?

Are you losing complete connection from BA with excel or is it still placing BACK and LAY betsjust not CANCEL commands?

And the simple stuff like there's a bet reference in the column and you're using capitals for the trigger? CANCEL

Thank you for your reply. It must have been something I setup wrong. I use long formulas I just deleted everything and created new formula. It works pretty fine now. Thank you anyway.
