filtering for dutching

Postby artful72 » Sat Jul 25, 2015 7:43 pm

hi everyone, i am totally new here and am somewhere between novice and amateur in horse racing strategies... i'm interested in Dutching to begin with and am wondering if there is any quick way to filter all uk races by number of runners?

also, is it possible to set this software up to run on its own? perhaps even on a vps?

thanks in advance

Dutching

Could anyone advise on the best dutching bot to buy? I want to be able to dutch 2 horses in a given race providing certain pre-entered criteria is met with a stop out once a given profit is reached, any feedback would be gratefully received!

Probably best to code your own if you know a little on how to use excel. Hard to beat Gruss for the options you have when linking to excel if you don't have the basics of excel could always ask in the find a developer section of the forum for someone to code a bespoke one for you.

Again, Gruss will allow you to code pretty much any bespoke bot you want, the dutching maths is pretty simple if you know how to use excel, plenty of us have continuous bots running on vps around the clck with no user input needed as they just reload markets each day or whenever you want.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
