Hi,
Why do all the amounts have a dollar sign rather than a pound sign?
I can't see where to change this in preferences.

That explains a lot.
It has been hardly usable and crawling at a snails pace.
I assume that is also why the "close all positions button" didn't work.
I have just restarted BA and it is now showing pounds.
