BA Launcher has stopped working

I have a PC (Vista Home Premium 64bit) and every time I start BA I get this error.

The only way I have been able to resolve it is to uninstall - restart the PC and reinstall
It then works until I shutdown the PC and then I get the same error the next day.

This makes this one of the three copies I use totally useless

Please advise ASAP.

Forgot to mention I have tried reinstalling Net framework

You can probably try to disable any security software that you have running just to isolate the issue. See if it makes a difference.

Thanks for reply - I have reinstalled my anti virus software and its working again at the moment.
Hoping this may have solved it.
